Part of a complex of two identical villas each with its own swimming pool Villa Lizzie combines a traditional yet modern architectural style spread across three levels covering a total living area of 200 m2. The villa is composed of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms offering a luxury stay for up to 8 guests ideal for groups of families or friends, or even larger if they like to combine both villas.

The minimal white and grey tones are offset by the stone walls blending in perfectly with the local Cycladic architecture and a relaxed and stylish feeling. The open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that can seat up to 8 people and enjoy the incredible feeling and views of the outside that splendidly enter through the large openings.

On the 1st floor, there is the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony with its private jacuzzi. Through a few steps to the lower level, guests will find the 2nd spacious bedroom, offering a double bed and en-suite bathroom and access to its private veranda. The other two bedrooms are composed of a double bed and the other with two singles and access to a walking surrounding veranda that leads to the outdoor living area. All rooms, as well as the living area, are equipped with A/C providing a cool and comfortable atmosphere for the hot summer days.

The exterior areas of the villa come to add to the uniqueness of the property as they offer multiple living areas to relax in and enjoy the breathtaking views of the countryside surrounded by the Aegean sea and the neighboring island of Naxos. The extended outdoors also offers a swimming pool surrounded by its sun terrace and equipped with loungers, changing rooms with one of the bathrooms and shower while multiple patios shaded or covered under pergolas are ideal for an afternoon gathering with friends spending quality time.

There is also a shaded stone-built BBQ area which includes an outdoor dining area while surrounded by the large garden which has been planted with trees and aromatic herbs creating a refreshing island feeling.

A private parking area is available upon entering the property outside the main entrance of the villa.
