Villa Joie is a beautiful summer residence located in a quiet neighborhood in the southeast of Paros only a few steps away from the port and beach of Drios.

Part of a two-house complex but totally independent, Villa Joie is built according to the traditional Cycladic architecture while decorated in white and grey tones with a respect to local and modern elements. Spread on 2 floors and covering a total surface of 140sq. m. it consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and 2 babies (up to 2 years old).

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom while offering direct access to the various outdoor lounge areas.

On the first floor, two more bedrooms are available for guests (the first has 1 double bed and the second has 1 sofa/double bed and 1 bunk bed) sharing a common bathroom and access to a balcony terrace. All bedrooms and main areas are air-conditioned.

Guests can relax by the private swimming pool or the beautifully decorated terraces including the BBQ, ideal for creating quality moments either day or night.

Due to the property’s unique location, right in the village of Drios, the beach and all town amenities such as restaurants, cafes & mini markets are nearby at walking distance. Private parking space is also available at the entrance of the property for those with their own vehicles.
