Spread across one level this magnificent villa covers a living area of 270m2 and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large open-plan living and dining area with direct access to the outside terrace.
The spacious living area is equipped with a satellite TV, air-conditioning, and cozy sofas where guests can relax and enjoy the views through the large windows which receive a lot of light. Two of the bedrooms offer double beds and the other two each offer two singles and private bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with Air-conditions, and satellite TVs. A utility room is also available with a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron.
All bedrooms of the villa as well as the living area give access to the surrounding outdoors of the villa from where, due to the villa’s elevated position, the panoramic views offered are breathtaking. In the front of the living area the outdoor veranda is composed of a marble table with a sitting area for 10, shaded and wind protected under pergola.
Multiple lounge areas are also available welcoming guests to relax in including sunbeds next to the jacuzzi, and a BBQ where guests will have the chance to prepare their own meals outdoors and enjoy during either day or night in an amazing luxurious atmosphere from where they won’t be able to get enough of the breath-taking view of the sea, which extends as far as the horizon.
