This magnificent high-end villa is spread across two levels covering a living area of 350 m2 in total and composed of two en-suite bedrooms on the upper level of the main house and a guesthouse with three bedrooms on the lower level.

Surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden with a large variety of plants and trees, the property, apart from the main veranda, offers multiple secluded sitting areas scattered around the house on different levels, guaranteeing privacy and serenity whilst offering stunning views.

Upon entering the property, on the main level, the house opens to an open plan area that connects the fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and two adjacent living rooms. Separated by a double-facing fireplace and equipped with minimalistic furnishing and pleasing artwork, they are the ideal indoor setting for a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere to indulge in.

From here, guests have direct access to the expansive outdoor main veranda with its breathtaking views which consists of 3 different seating areas including a warm and cozy dining area that offers stunning panoramic views overlooking the garden.

A few steps down from the main veranda or directly from the “Pool-room” guests will find a tranquil infinity swimming pool perched above an olive grove. It is the perfect choice when one wants to avoid a busy, sandy beach and instead enjoy a secluded swim overlooking the bay of Naousa. A shallow jacuzzi area on one side of the pool is also available for those who just want to sit and relax while staring at the stunning views.

The first two bedrooms of Villa Samphire are located on the lower level of the house comprising the “Octopus room” with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet while the 2nd en-suite bedroom is named the “Pool Room” with private access directly from the swimming pool.

The adjacent guest house is located just above the villa offering equally breathtaking views while comfort and all modern amenities are guaranteed.

It is composed of the first en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed and walking closet, while the other two bedrooms one with a queen-size bed and the other with two singles share a bathroom but equally offer enough space and access to the outdoor balcony and surrounding gardens.

The guesthouse’s fully equipped kitchen and dining area connect with the open-plan living room where a comfortable and spacious sofa is available while a sliding door can be used for added privacy. From here guests have direct access to a private outdoor lounge area with a dining table shaded under pergola, a jacuzzi overlooking the garden with great sea views, and a hammock ideal for relaxing under the old olive tree.
