Villa Peony is spread across two levels covering a living area of 200m2. The property is composed of 2 double bedrooms one of which includes a single bed on the main level and 2 twin bedrooms (2 single beds) on the lower level all offering their own private bathrooms including a guest WC in the main living area. It can accommodate comfortably and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi.
Upon entering the main level of the villa, guests will find an open plan area composed of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and the living area giving access to the outdoors in the front and the back. There they will find a variety of quiet spots to relax in and enjoy the precious time of their holidays.
The large outdoor terrace in the front offers a beautiful swimming pool with some soothing sea views in the distance and is also equipped with sunbeds making it ideal for spending quality time with either friends or family during the hot summer days or cool evenings under the private covered wooden pergola.
In the rear courtyards, there is an area equipped with masonry benches, marble tables, and a barbeque area for the exclusive use of the clients. Upon request and according to availability should be offered by the owners an exclusive service of Neapolitan Pizza testing, cooked in the wood oven in a private dedicated area of the property.
Surrounded by the profile of Mount Molos with the monastery of Agios Antonios the villa is located only a few kilometers away from the quiet and characterized by their white houses, villages of Marpissa and Marmara, as well as the busier and more cosmopolitan center of Naoussa.
The famous area of Golden Beach is only a few minutes away by car as well as the pristine beach of Tsoukalia where guests can reach in a few minutes’ walk from the property.
