Upon entering the villa, a large open space area with high-end modern furniture, plenty of light and mesmerizing views welcomes you to relax while a fully eqquiped with all modern amenities kitchen is available for either guest to prepare their own meals or be pampered by the services of a private chef. In the same area there is a large dining table and access to either the front veranda or the back depending on the time of the day and the kind of relaxation guests are looking for.

On the left, a corridor leads to one part of the house with 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms which share an outdoor sheltered from the north wind veranda with built-in sitting areas making them the ideal quiet spots. On the other side through the main living area, guests have access to a spacious master bedroom, and the children’s room is eqquiped with bunkbeds and plenty of playing space while at the back the private bathrooms and outdoor showers will be a pleasant surprise to the experience.

From the driveway to the private shaded parking area at the side of the property, guests will also have access apart from the front living area to the private independent guesthouse for two.

From here a private staircase leads to the pool area just below, which boasts a spacious terrace ideal for rejuvenating day or night overlooking the islands’ capital Parikia while offering breathtaking views of the Aegean sea. This outdoor infinity pool is complemented by a pergola with an outdoor kitchen and bar while the dining table that can seat up to 10 people sets the basis for quality and fun moments.
