Designed by a famous local architect, this enormous property is a hidden jewel of architecture and use of spaces, well situated at the outskirts of Naousa at an elevated position overlooking the gulf offering great views of the Aegean Sea.

Built according to the traditional architectural style of the island this property combines some unique structural features such as the “floating library” in the master bedroom or the lengthwise design resembling a train. This unique structure creates a continuity within the living areas of the house while offering a number of terraces either in the front or the back of the residence where the swimming pool is also located.

A fully equipped kitchen including a traditional stone oven & fireplace is available in the main house where guests can prepare breakfast and meals and a second kitchen located in one of the guestrooms can be used to either support the main or be used separately by guests offering independence between houses. At the back of the residence, aside of the garden and swimming pool, a large built-in BBQ area is also available shaded under pergola comprising a large dining table and sitting areas inviting guests to relax in and enjoy quality moments.

Due to the natural materials, the airy architecture with numerous doors and windows on both sides of the house that are all equipped with mosquito nets, but also the windy character of Paros Island, the Residence doesn’t feature air-conditioning, thus contributing to actions against climate change, preserving the natural environment and minimizing the environmental footprint of the property.
